Project Description : EastEdge is a real estate company focused on development, advisory and hospitality management headquartered in Tokyo.
The logo contains the Japanese character for "people" -- EastEdge's projects are focused on creating good living spaces for people. The shape of the character is also reminiscent of traditional Japanese rooftops. And finally, the graphic also represents a mountaintop -- one of EastEdge's luxury hospitality brands is focused on hotsprings which are located in the mountains.
The leaflet uses a creative diecut, following the shape of the Japanese character. High quality stock imagery was carefully chosen to represent EastEdge's culture and business, purposely not using the typical shots of buildings one expects to find in a real estate company brochure.> EastEdge_Partners > > Designs
