Project Description : Hwang Concepts worked with Yang Rutherford to help develop the brand identity and property brochure for Unitech for an exclusive residential development near Delhi, India.
300 separate villas are built around eight serene lakes, surrounded by lush green forrest, a private golf course and horseback riding trails.
The use of Chinese watercolor illustrations for both the identity as well as the brochure help to impart the feeling of nature, peace and tranquility.
