Project Description : Yang Rutherford and Hwang Concepts developed the brand identity and property brochure for a luxury residential development near Delhi, India for Unitech, one of India’s top property developers.
The brochure design concept is based on a 5-star hotel services guide to convey the spa/holiday resort environment of Uniworld Resorts, which includes, clubhouse, spa, hotel, sports facilities and 2 swimming pools. The brand logo is reminiscent of a beach ball and globe.
