Designed with simple and clean lines, Hwang Concepts's brand identity for Ren Resorts represents timeless architecture that celebrates light and space. It is the modern reinterpretation of the Chinese character “ren” (仁) whose essence means “humanity”. The logo is a visual pun on Ren’s promise – unobtrusive yet accessible, friendly but not familiar. Ren Resorts is the crossroads where benevolence and curiosity meet.
Working closely with Ren Resorts' parent company, ITC Properties, Hwang Concepts developed a brand strategy and created a visual identity for a new pan-asian luxury resort targeting up-and-coming mainland Chinese and international leisure travellers.
